2. Housing Material: We use either 304 grade stainless steel or 316 grade stainless steel for the housing.
3. Magnetic Material: You can choose from three types of magnets for your application: ferrite magnets, rare earth SmCo magnets, and rare earth neodymium magnets!
4. Sealing Material: You can choosing from silicone, EPDM, or Viton!
5. Pipe Size: The available pipe sizes are 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 inches!
6. Magnetic stregnth: 3000 Gauss, 8000 Gauss, 10000 Gauss, 12000 Gauss, 13000 Gauss, 14000 Gauss.
7. Operating Temperature: The recommended operating temperatures are 80°C, 100°C, 120°C, 150°C, 180°C, 200°C, and 350°C! Please do not exceed these temperatures!
8. Operating Pressure: The operating pressure of the barrel body or inlet and outlet is limited to <5Kg for standard clamp-type and <10Kg for standard flange plate! But don’t worry, if you have specific requirements, we can design accordingly.
9. Connection Methods: Choose from Custom Flange, Quick clamp joint, SMS threaded joint, Pipe thread, and more.
10. Cleaning Method:
– Manual cleaning (standard).
– Sleeve type for easy manual cleaning, easily removing impurities. If the product is sticky, we advise against using the sleeve type for cleaning as it is designed to remove impurities easily. The sleeve design reduces the impact on magnetic performance during contact.
